Vista Desktop Right Click Menus Slow to respond

Hi, my Vista Home Premium desktop is very slow to respond to right click and
bring up the menus, the same for any icons or files I right click on on the
desktop. How to rectify? Thanks.

Problems with right-clicking are often caused by third-party programs that
shove themselves into the context menu. The easiest way to manage this is
with the free ShellExView program:

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers -

Manage the context-menu entries for folders, drives and Namespace objects -
