vista default theme how to load.....

my entire look has blue color ...where as it used to be yellow or orange if
mouse over programs or all programs button

please how to restore my entire look to vista default, the ie too.....if
possible the entire theme to installation theme

I'm not completely sure I understand what the problem is but it almost
sounds like either your monitor may be going out (no red), or possibly the
connection is loose or a bent pin in the connector, either of which could
cause the red to disappear.

sorry i was unable to make you understand......i mean to say when i mouse
over the all programs it shows blue highlight which suppose to be yellow or
orange by default so how to get the vista default settings for the entire
highlighting....
