Hi:
My new laptop came with vista ultimate preinstalled. I can create cds no
problem with the DVD/CD burner. However I can not read cds I created with
XP. I have several CDs with pictures that were created with XP on a
different computer. The discs have been closed and I can read them on
computers with xp (I have tried several), however I can not read any of these
CDs on my laptop with vista. Any suggestions

Your new CD drive may not be compatible
with the type of CD you used. Easiest thing
to do is use a USB Drive and copy the data to it.
