Vista Business --> Vista Ultimate

I just ordered a new Tablet that comes with Vista Business. I'd like to
upgrade to Ultimate so I can use Bitlocker. I have a FPP-Retail version of
Vista Ultimate. Can I use that to upgrade? Will it completely re-install
the OS or just enable the additional features?

It's like any upgrade and yes, the retail disk will do what you want.
