Vista Business thinks it's a beta copy

I bought a PC with Vista Home preinstalled. Needed Vista Business. I had to
format the drive to get it to install. Now, after working fine for 3 months,
when I try to upgrade to Office 2007 Vista stops the installer service and
pops up a message stating that "this is a beta copy that is no longer
supported by Microsoft, please upgrade". Anyone seen this? It's driving me
insane!

It sounds like your copy of Microsoft Office 2007
is a beta copy and not the final version. You'll need
to purchase a "Full Version" of one of the Microsoft
Office suites.

How to buy the 2007 Microsoft Office suites:

Nope, just received it on Monday, ordered through Microsoft. It specifically
states that "You are running a beta copy of Vista that is no longer supported
by Microsoft".

Click on the blue Start button and in the Start Search box
type: WINVER . Then click on the winver icon that appears
at the top of the Start Menu. Please reply back with the Version
and Build number that is shown.
