Windows Vista Business Upgrade.

How can I upgrade from a current installation of Windows Vista Business
(retail) to Windows Vista Utimate (retail)? I have the windows vista disk and
windows vista ultimate product key.

I'm sorry I should have explained. When I put t he vista disk in the drive to
perform the upgrade I put in my Vista Ultimate product key and the upgrade
option is not available it is grayed out.

Note: they are the same bit version. 32.

I do not want to perform a clean install of windows vista just a upgrade

The upgrade option is grayed out when I run it through windows.
