I have downloaded and successfully burned it to a DVD with no problems. I have installed it on a:
Dell Inspiron 600m with 512 MB ram
ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 video card (no Aero effect due being an older video card)

I installed this build with no issues. Have to say, nice improvement over Beta 2 build 5384.

Just watch out for the Networking Problems (File and Printer Sharing), and do not join it to a Corporate Domain.
