No, Vista Ultimate does not include an app to burn an ISO but ImgBurn has
worked great for me throughout the beta. Follow this link and you can
download and use it for free.

I'd recommend ISO Recorder. It's lightweight, free and just plugs into the
shell.

I use Roxio's EMC 9 to burn .iso images to disc on Vista x64.

I removed it. It does the same thing to VPC that InCD used to do.
Fortunately, we have a beta going for VPC so I was able to file a bug. The
team marked it Resolved/External, so they have contacted Roxio about it.
Hopefully, Roxio will make a fix.

Luckily, D2D is an external program. Are you aware of other issues with D2D
and Vista?

Vista has built in UDF support now anyway, so all I care about is the EMC
part.

No native program to burn ISO's but there are freeware apps that will do it.
Silentnight is free and works great for doing this. Nothing to install
