Vista and ie 6

Can I run ie 6 on vista? My Oracle application doesn't work with the new ie.
I have the ie 6 install program but thought I would post something in case
there is a problem that I need to know about.

I have a new Vaio laptop that came with Vists I got the latest updates.

I know the application should work with ie 7 and the vendor told me they are
working on it but until then I either need to run ie 6 or use my old compute.

Perhaps you could install Microsoft's Virtual PC on your Vista PC, then
install XP as a guest O/S, with IE6.
