What are you talking about? Do you mean Office? Or are you talking about one
of Vista's native programs?

I have never laughed so much in my entire life.

That's a keeper, for sure.

Addendum

Perhaps the OP should try and download 'ieSpell'
freely available from MS.

A general search on 'spellchecker' would suffice.. assuming that the OP may
have already tried that route, and would have found a US English
spellchecker at the very least, I sat back and thought about the numerous
"English" possibilities as presented when selecting an English keyboard,
hence my question.. :-)

A number of people are complaining that Windows Mail's spell checker is only
US EN and not also UK EN. So it was a valid question.

I have the utmost respect for you, however, the OP
asked "does anyone know when the new Vista will be on
the market with an English spellchecker".

Now Mike, does VISTA have a spellchecker ? I mean
the OS !

It is best not take OP's too literally sometimes.. part of the fun in the
newsgroups is working out exactly what the OP wants..

Living in Canada, I have a similar problem, but the workaround is easy
enough.. one just has to 'add' the UK EN spelling to the custom dictionary..
