Vist MUI Language Pack vs Localized Version

Hi,

I am wondering is there any difference between MUI language pack for Vista
and the localized versions? Say, I buy a Vista Ultimate and install a
simplified Chinese language pack, is it going to be different (or, say any
important difference) from the Vista Ultimate Simplified Chinese version?
