Viruses, Trojans, and Malware. Oh My!

I can't seem to install any Viruses, Trojans, and/or Malware of any kind
on my computer, and as a result, my computer is running just fine.

Can someone help me fix this situation?

Will constantly attempt it with every click you make on the page like it's a
competition between malware developers and the anti.

Also to get some fantastic spyware from a government agency frequent
jihad.com and the news groups and chat channels it offers, don't know what
it's like over where you are, here you may disappear and become an unperson
for up to seven weeks while your sorted out.
