virus scan

i have virus scan... trench microPC-cillan 2002..and when
i go 2 update it..it says..


"PC-cillan server responsed timed out"
can someone tell me waht this means?

When you send a request to a server and don't get a reply
back within a certain time, for whatever reason, the "server
has timed out"

You can try to ping the server or run tracert to the server
to see what or where the problem resides.

PC-cillan failed to connect to the server in order to seek updated
definitions. Is your subscription current?
