virus problems

I have downloaded all critical updates for windows xp
because my newly purchased spykiller tech support advised
me to. Everything got worse. My IE will not run(I am at
work computer) neverending popups, tons of problems. Tech
support from spykiller have me continuously running hijack
program to tick and clean boxes but this is not helping. I
don't know where to turn or how to reclaim my computer.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

I would advise you to just format your hard disk because problems will
only get worse... and install some kind of Anti virus product i
recommend norton anti virus
