FloGoBar Toolbar for IE will not go away

I am not able to delete the FloGoBar from my computer. Running Add/Remove
programs does not work. Their website says that it has been uninstalled, but
it does not go away. I am sure this has caused my computer to crash once
already. I have Spysweeper, spykiller, and Guard IE installed on my computer
along with Norton Internet Security 2004. None of them have protected me
from this add on. Any ideas of how to get rid of it?
 
I don't know those spyware removal apps- the only ones I really trust are
Spybot Search & Destroy, AdAware, CWShredder. Hijack This! can be useful
too, but one must exercise extreme caution with it.
