Virus Problem

I know I'm probably in the wrong spot, but I have a puter
that has a virus. Trojan Horse located in the
nssys32.exe file. I have deleted this file via the
registry and have tried to delete it via windows/system32
folder, however it will not remove itself. I downloaded
a spyware program that found it and semi-removed it and I
have Norton which will find it, but not fix it.

Any suggestions??????/

Hi,

End the process from the Task Manager before removing the exe from System32
and the registry. If you are needing more help, run the Startup Tracker
from here and email me the log file.
