Virus lost file

My virus program was unable to clean the following file
and deleted it.

NETD32.exe

Do i need this file and if so where can i get a clean copy

It isn't a Win32 file for Win2K. Maybe a Trojan. No you DON'T need it.

If you are not sure about a file go to www.sophos.com and
type in the name of the file and it will tell you whether
that file is virus related.
