Virus in Signature 23.62.26 InoculateIT6.0

Is there a bug in 23.62.26 Signature File?
On Windows XP Platforms the Inoculate IT 6.0 Realtime Monitor alerts:

The Win32/SecureCopy.Trojan virus was detected in C:\WINDOWS\NOTEPAD.EXE

Its "only" on Windows XP Platforms. When i copy the notepad.exe from
another XP machine the Realtime Monior reports an Infection imediately.

In Windows 2000 there's no Alert!!

Can anybody help?

Hi Tobias,

I just called the CA Support and they confirmed that this is a
concrete Problem with the 23.62.26 Signature File. Within the next 2
days there will be a bugfix for this.

Hello,

we have the same appearence. Even a new from the XP installation CD expanded
notepad.exe will reported as infected. We think that notepad.exe from XP has
a byte combination like the virus. The only problem is that the virus
scanner prevents from starting notepad at a windows XP computer.
