virus in msconfig.exe

my norton anti-virus said my msconfig.exe is infected
with W32 spybot. their support said i should delete the
file. wouldnt that mess up my computer if i deleted it?

what should i do?

Actually, yes - it is standard Windows file.
It should be located at %systemroot%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries

I think he meant it is not a NECESSARY WinXP file - that it can be deleted
or replaced without any side effects.
