virus in File C

there was a virus found on our computer in
FileC:\Windows\Systems32\ms|srvc.exe how do we get it off
our computer? All help will be appreciated. thanks

I'm curious how you know that is a virus unless you have an antivirus
installed that told you that. It looks like a typical name for a virus
as it tries to imitate the name of a core component of Windows. Your
antivirus should have provided a suggestion as to how to remove the
file. If none of the online scanners mentioned by John work, you may
need to boot off a floppy and delete it. I would use Dr. DOS from
www.bootdisk.com
