virus i don't know what to do help!!!!!!!

hi i did a search on google i typed convert 822222 mo in
gb or something close and i clicked the link to know how
much it was from mo to gb and i got flashed 3 times by a
picture that you could see for 1 sec i tryed housecall on
secuser.com it said it cleaned a malware and that i had a
memory allocation error and something bout the writing
cache i also run windows XP SP1 and it runs in DOS mode
all the time..........when i format my hard drive it's
back help please!!!!!
