now I cannot open My Computer, My Documents, etc...I have Windows XP Home
Edition 2002 and I used McAfee Anti-Virus. I could use some feedback on what
went wrong and possible solutions to the problem. Can anybody help me?

When you cleaned your PC from virus' you probably deleted some system
files to boot. You'll probably need a repair install. Do not try to
Restore your
system for some of these virus may be in there. Delete all previous Restore
points also. You can try the System File Scanner to replace missing or
corrupted files. Open the Command Prompt, its under Accessosries
At the blinking cursor type SFC /scannow (space between C and /) and
click Enter. Have your WindowsXP CD handy to insert. If nothing, go here:

Maybe it made a pop up blocker think they are pop ups. If you have a pop up
blocker, disable it and see if they will open. What virus is it?

Thank you for the advice....it worked!!!!
