In addition to checking with Symantec support, it may mean that you did not
in fact get rid of the virus. If you go to www.symantec.com and type in the
name of the virus that was identified by Norton, it should have specific
information for any extra removal steps needed.
If it is a polymorphic virus, it may be re-infecting your computer after
each removal, all the more reason to visit the website for instructions on
how to defeat it.
