Virtual PC (virtual disk) problem

Hello,

I'm trying to install Windows 98 onto a Virtual PC.
I have a boot disk for Windows 98, and a CD.

Now, setting up the virtual PC is not a problem. Even starting up from
the boot floppy works fine. The only problem is that the boot floppy
doesn't recognize any hard drive, while the VirtualPC says there's a
virtual hard drive assigned to it!

Any experiences, pointers, hints?

Thanks in advance,

C

I tried this just a few days ago. You have to treat the
Virtual Disk as a completely brand-new HDD. If you run
fdisk from your boot floppy, you'll see that the disk has
no partitions. Make one, format it and you're away.
