Does anyone now if Virtual PC 2007 beta is available today?

I saw the 32 bit download available briefly and then the 64 bit download appeared briefly. I downloaded the 64 bit install and attempted to install it on Vista RC2 x64. It told me that the package was not compatible with x64 and that I should download the 64 bit version.

http://connect.microsoft.com then go to available connections, then Virtual PC 2007 Beta and then click Apply.
