Host to guest and Guest to Host network does not function
properly.

MAC Addresses are different and I did follow the white
paper on setup. The network works and then stops. I do
have a feeling that it is driver related, but not fully
convinced. Would appreciate any advice, or thoughts...

I have an Asus Wifi-b@Home NIC and it works excellent for
the Host system by itself. The guest has installed the:
Intel 21140-Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter (Generic) as
the driver selection for the Guest OS - and when it is
working it is solid, it does however only work for five
minutes on and off... SO not stable... Should it have
installed this Intel 21140-Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter
(Generic) or should it have duplicated the Asus Wifi-B???

Suntzu thanks you...

:-)

Better ask in microsoft.public.virtualpc. I personally have never had any
problems with virtual PC and never install any driver in virtual PC but
Additions only. What is the guest OS?

For Virtual PC, there is the Host OS which is the OS when you first
boot up your PC and there is a Virtual or Guest OS which is a OS which
is what your running on top of the Host OS using Virtual PC.
