virtual memory

I am getting a window when i turn on my computer that says virtual memory
too low. Is there a fix to this problem as I have only had this pc for about
a year seems unlikely I should have this problem.

How much free space do you have on the drive? Open Explorer, right click
the drive, select properties, it will tell the size of the drive, how much
is being used and how much free space. Pleas post back with that
information and we can go from there.
