I keep receiving the following error message can anyone
give me some suggestions?
Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is
increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file.
During this process, memory requests for some
applications may be denied.

I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you. God

You can adjust this yourself,but it would be better to let windows keep doing it for you. Do not worry about it. It will set it self before long and the message should be gone.

Read up at www.aumha.org/win5/a/xpvm.htm and the Problems section in
particular. This message indicates that the Initial size of the page
file is set too small; on a small RAM (128MB or even 256) the system
managed setting does not provide enough. But it might be one of the
other effects mentioned in that section - I have also had an unconfirmed
report of it being generated by NAV 2004
