virtual memory

Please help... mother got an older computer that was used
in an office.. she has windows 2000. Having trouble with
virtual memory..
What should this computer be set at.
she has 4 megabytes.

System would have more than 4 megabytes because Windows 2000 will not
run on that small amount of memeory. The basic rule is to have a paging
file this is at least 1 1/2 times the physical memory. So if you have
128 meg of memory you would want a 200 meg page file or higher.
