Virtual Memory

Everytime I turn on my computer I get a message that the
Virtual Memory Paging is too low. I go to control panal
and click on System then Advanced and Perfromance Options.
Then I click the change button and change the Initial size
to 768 and the Maximun size to 2095 and hit set. Sometime
at this point the paging size will change however if I go
back in it is set back to 20 and is not changing. Then if
I reboot it also goes back to 20. Can someone help.
