Virtual memory error and virus on spyware

Hi - Have had problem with virtual memory error and
system freezing too - have to unpower pc - how do I stop
this??

Also, a virus has infected the spyware, and Norton
doesn't appear to help detect it - don't know where to go
with this one??

Disable system restore, restart in safe mode and run a scan using your
antivirus program.
