viewing the company name in mail

hi. i need help on how to view my mail messages with the company name of the
contacts? i have the company name in the contacts, but when they send me
e-mail messages, i recieve them as from the personal senders name...i need to
view them by "company, last name, first name" in the form field.
 
There isn't any easy way to do that. You may be able to get it on a company
by company basis by going to the Activities tab of the company's contact
record but generally speaking Outlook doesn't index e-mail messages in that
manner.
