Viewing Sig Files or Pictures In Ebay Chatroom

I regularly post on Ebay chatrooms but some sig files or pictures dont appear
on the page?I have XP and have loaded all the available upgrades and patches
but still get this problem with most but not all sig files or pictures.

Contact eBay for help with using their chatrooms. This isn't an XP
issue.
