viewing/printing problem

I have created a document in Word with special styles. It prints and shows up
fine for me on my computer.

HOWEVER - I need for someone else on a different computer/different location
to be able to view and print it. I know we have different versions so I have
saved 'down' to Word 97-2003. When they see it onscreen (and in print) it is
not formatted as I have it. Can anyone give me an idea of what else to do,
look at... etc? Thanks

Different printer drivers can affect the format of a document.

I understand about printer drivers but if they are initally having problems
on the screen as well that led me to believe something else was wrong.
