Printing Outline View

C

Catherine

I'm working in Word 2007, and I want to print outline view but can't seem to
make it print correctly. I am using a template, so styles and heading
hierarchy are assigned, and they show up correctly in outline view. But when
I go to print (either by ctrl+P or by using Quick Print) rather than printing
just the outline, the entire document prints all jumbled up on top of itself.
We just switched from Word 2000, and in Word 2000 we were able to print
outline view just fine. Please help. Thank you

You should be able to print the Outline correctly using the Print dialog
box. Using Quick Print to print a collapsed Outline view is a known issue.
(Well...it was filed as a bug at least. ;-) )
