viewing PNG files

I can not view PNG files. Is there something that I can
download to fix this?
 
PNG are image files that are opened by Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Put the
PNG file in your 'my pictures' file then double click on it and Windows Pictur
and Fax viewer will open it.
 
I should have added there are some PNG files that are not viewable (not a
picture).
 
PNG files are Portable Newwork Graphics and most can be opened b
a graphics application. If you are having problems with some graphic
formats, you can download IrfanView which will open just about an
graphics program on the WWW
