Viewing photos

I often receive photos which display a small red x in the upper left hand
corner. Is it possible to open these?

What e-mail program are you using?

What format are the image files in?

Have you tried saving the image files to
your hard drive?

If you are using Outlook Express...try going to...
Tools / Options / Security tab and uncheck...

"Do not allow attachments...etc"

also uncheck...

"Block images...etc"

After making the changes...click...Apply / OK.

TY for the reply. I am using Yahoo mail. I can see from the properties that
the file is a jpg image. There is no image to save.

Do you view the mail on the Yahoo Website?
There must be an attachment? Is there no way
to save the attachment? Do you see an icon
that looks like a paper clip?

Have you tried reading the Yahoo help files?
Go to the Yahoo site and click...Help (At the
bottom of the screen) / Mail / Receiving
Attachments.
