You can't. Outlook will only show pictures in-line when they were inserted
in-line by Insert-> Picture... When they were inserted as attachment
(Insert-> File...) Outlook will show it as attachment

Thanks Roady & Diane. I just posted a work around for my own question, to
another similar question (apparently this is a common question) , which
includes highlighting the photo attachment links and then using the
back/forward buttons in Windows picture and fax viewer. It works, and you
only have to open one of the photo links. Bye! Jimmy.
