viewing or retrieving archived Outlook files

I've tried to open the .pst file where my archived Outlook
items are stored, but with no success. Is there a standard
program with which .pst files can be opened? (The Web
service doesn't help!)

Yes. Outlook. File>Open>Outlook Data File
