In Microsoft Outlook 2002, my new messages don't automatically appear in my
inbox. My sent messages don't automatically disappear from my outbox. I
'click' on the inbox or indeed any other folder and that 'refreshes' the
page. For example I send an e-mail and it stays highlighted in the outbox
until I click either that folder or another one. My e-mail however has
actually been sent, so it is effectively the page not refreshing.

Exchange account? Make sure any firewall in between isn't blocking UDP
messages. Also make sure you have the latest Service pack installed.

the PC
When I put another PC next to it, the refresh is instand. on my problem PC I
need to change folders or click send/receive.
It worked 3 weeks ago, not has been changed since

I am having this same problem when sending and receiving email. Send/receive
does not refresh the inbox. I have to click on the inbox or on another
folder to see the new email appear in the inbox. Seeing the problem on a few
computers running 2002 and also on one running 2003.
