Viewing Navigation Structure

I must have something turned off, but I can't view my navigation structure
anymore. When I click on navigation, It will show me the home page but
nothing else. All the pages are there and I can navigate through the site in
other modes. I like the navigation view especially for adding new page. Can
anyone help me get me "navigation structure view back?
