viewing message without having to scroll

How do I view a message without having to scroll left and right? I can;t seem to find help anywhere on this.

Which version of Outlook are you asking about?

are you using the preview pane? if so, adjust the width of the pane by
changing the width of the message list and folder list/outlook bar by
dragging the inside edge of each window. if you use an open window, double
click on the title bar to maximize it, repeat to restore the size. if you
are at full size, then the message was designed too wide for your resolution
and you'll need to scroll.
