Mouse Scrolling in Folder section

My mouse will scroll with the wheel everywhere except in the folders list on
the left side of screen. I have chosen for my reading pane "bottom", so my
folder list is on the right side....Have no problem scrolling anywhere else,
but I really need it in the folder section. I've checked everything I can
think of, even installed service pac 3...Don't know what else to
do.....Anyone else have this problem?

Version of Outlook? Are you in the Mail module or the Folders list? Which
brand of mouse?
