Viewing label info

I am using Microsoft Office Document Image writer to create barcode labels
from an inventory program that does not allow a choice of the label to start
with. (Sometimes I have a partial sheet of labels and want to use them) I put
a box around the label info in Image Writer, copy image and then paste it
onto a label template through Word 2007. The info cannot be see on the
screen, but it is there when I print the labels. How do I get the label info
to show up on my screen?

Try going to Office button > Word Options > Advanced and looking in the "Show
document content" group. If the option "Show drawings and text boxes on screen"
isn't checked, then check it. Also make sure "Show picture placeholders" is not
checked.
