Viewing Excel sheets on the web

Hi, i have finished creating my excel spreaadsheet and in total there
are 4 sheets and macro's between them all. I would now like to place it
on the web embedded in a page but still be able to scroll through the
sheets and go on to the admin sheet, access a userform, and input data.
I've seen this done somewhere else can someone tell me how. I spent ages
looking and have'nt found anything.
 
Not sure about the userform, as this would probably only be possible using
asp.net, but you can see sheet tabs, etc by saving as web page and checking
the 'interactivity' check box. This will save it as a OWC (Office web
component) and the viewer will need this installed too
