Stacked Charts Comparing 2 Years On 2 Different Sheets

Hi,
I have an excel worksheet that has sheet 1 with 2008 data and sheet 2 with
2009 data. The data is laid out as follows on both sheets but with
appropriate year's data:
Jan Feb Mar Apr
TOTAL MEMBERSHIP AGES <65
TOTAL MEMBERSHIP AGES 65-67
TOTAL MEMBERSHIP AGES 65-68

What I am trying to do is stack the different age groups in one bar and
compare 2008 Jan results to 2009 Jan results and so on for each month. So
within each month label on the Y axis (I believe) (bottom axis) have two
stacked bars one for 2008 and the other with 2009 data. This to repeat for
each month showing both years bars with stacked data above.

And if I didn't explicitly address the issue, collect the multiple sheet
data onto one sheet, then arrange it according to the instructions in the
page Luke has cited.
