Viewing Email in Outlook or OE dealing with spam

I am getting about 100 pieces of spam a day. Is there a way to delete these
(or block these Emails) that I know are spam before I open them. I use "I
Hate Spam for outlook and Outlook Express, but most of these spammers are
automated with forged addresses. (They have even used my own Email address!)
When I block one the sprite just modifies it's address!

I hate spam should move or delete most of the messages as long as you didn't
whitelist your own address, based on content not addresses.
