viewing all of screen

could anyone please tell me how to view the full screen.i have to keep
scrolling down and side to side to see information on screen i would like to
shrink screen so i can see it all.its also same when i print .most of the
right hand text is missing.i have a lexmark 1100 printer is this anything to
do with it ?i would appreciate any help.thank you
 
You didn't specify the program name you are having the problem with. Is it
Microsoft Word? If that is the case then you can increase or decrease the
View Size through View Menu - Zoom command or Zoom button on Standard
Toolbar. Even this option is available in other Text Editing Softwares too.

You can also increase your Screen Resolution to larger one like 1024x768
(Best for 17" Monitors) to have a larger view of the entire screen instead of
a particular application. To do this, right-click on an empty area of your
Desktop and choose Properties - click Settings tab and set the appropriate
resolution that suit to your eyes as well.
