Click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Programs tab,
and see which program is selected for the HTML Editor. If it's Notepad:
There's a Windows XP bug that won't open and show the source code, if
there's a shortcut for Notepad on your Desktop. It seemed odd to me, when
someone responded to my post about not being able to see the source code.
But, the advice was to delete the Desktop Shortcut for Notepad, and reboot.
After doing that, whenever I click View menu, then Source, Notepad opens
with the Source Code.
