'View source' problem

How do you fix this problem: when you view source of ANY
webpage on the net or in your local drive, notepad always
pops out the message:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or
file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to
access the item."

Try tools>internet options>and around the middle of the general page delete
temp internet files.

I think this is probably it, however be aware that you should not have a
shortcut to notepad on your desktop... if you want to create one there
rename it to NPad or something. It's fine on the quick launch toolbar
though.
